Oddly enough, Photoshop did not work that well for me. I haven't tried Mischief or Manga Studio yet. Sketchable on the app store also worked well, even before all the trouble shooting. If anyone has a solution to that I would be very happy. No pen pressure before installing PS, serious input glitches after (jumping cursor, no stroke drawn until you lift the pen). So, Krita works perfectly, but my other choice, MyPaint, does not. I read somewhere that there is some dependency that PS installs as a redistributable which is not included in the Surface 3 version of Windows 10. Bizarrely, this step made Krita work properly. There are other downloads there that some people might find useful. Didn't appear to help at the time, but it might have made a difference later. installed the Wintab driver for Surface 3 (not pro) from here.Go to Surface app > Choose pen icon > under Pen > Drag the slider to change pen pressure and test pressure sensitivity. updated everything, with multiple restarts and refreshes on Windows Update. In this case, we suggest that you may install/use Microsoft Surface App to adjust pressure sensitivity.However, that's pretty much very long ago. Basically, photoshop replaces some windows system libraries so the wintab drivers work again.
